Please be advised that although we do our best to ensure that our website is updated with our current inventory, all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or backorder the product for you.

Delivery To Your Location

At the current time, items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada, the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please be advised we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes for United States customers, we use FedEx Ground so they are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is shipped by Carrier Tracking Number. Delivery times are estimates only, commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days from the date of your order.

For Canadian Customers, orders for Hungry Bins with worms require additional processing time. For these orders we make every effort to ship your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order.

For USA Customers, orders for Hungry Bins with worms are shipped in separate shipments with the worms coming after delivery of the Hungry Bin. The worms are shipped out every Monday, so you will receive them on a weekday.

Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping To Canada

Orders are shipped to locations in Canadian using Canada Post Regular Parcel and should arrive within 3-8 business days based on location. Customers in the Northwest and Yukon Territories & Nunavut should allow up to 14 days to receive their orders. Orders for Hungry Bins with worms come in separate shipments due to availability and processing times.

Shipping To The United States

Orders are shipped to locations in the United States using FedEx Ground from our California warehouse and should arrive within 2-6 business days depending on location. Hungry Bin + Worms orders are processed and shipped separately. Worms are shipped to locations in the Continental United States only using USPS 2-3 Day priority mail shipped every Monday. We ALWAYS guarantee a live delivery, so if there are any delays or other issues while in transit, we have you covered with a free reshipment of worms. We do require a photo of worms dead upon arrival for reshipment. If you cannot be home to accept your worms, we recommend having them held at your local Post Office. You can leave us delivery instructions before placing your order.

Depending on the state in which you reside, you may be responsible for state sales tax for your order, regardless of whether this sales tax was collected by Greentools.

 

California Customers: The price of this item (Hungry Bin) includes sales tax reimbursement computed to the nearest cent. The statewide sales and use tax rate of 7 percent has been included in the sales price. The customer is responsible for any district tax beyond this amount.
